 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Used to come here all the time for my tyres but after my last visit i will not be coming here again. When i got there i was speaking to a staff member , another staff member come out and tells me to move my car as theres “too many customers” while im in a  middle of a conversation with his staff member. Why have the place open in the first place clearly customers are going to drive in. As a staff member told me to come back after 6 months for my front tyres to get changed, i came back after 9 months for them to be changed and he said they dont need changing. I confirmed and said are you sure because it was your advise i took and my main concern it may not pass my MOT with the dealership as they reported the tyres on the last MOT hence why i come to change them. Staff member started saying “i never told you this” when i said you did tell me this he turns around and says “how am i supposed to remember” so why say you never told me if you cant remember. Staff member was so dishonest and rude and did not want to help at all. Rather put the money in someone else’s pocket from today.

Done the wheel alignment been there 4 times its still not right and instead making it right for me been told to put a thumb on a steering wheel if its going to right direction again and again, avoid this place at all costs just a rip off

Tracking is now perfect. Great customer service throughout, very reassuring, and they took real care when jacking the car up, making sure the sills weren’t bent. Highly recommend.
